A few days after the New Moon solar eclipse, we will get together for this 2 hrs of Restorative Yoga. Eclipse season can be intense- this will be a wonderful way to rest the nervous system.
In Aug I took the opportunity to follow my intuition and experiment with a ukulele band:J-UKEBOX . The results were incredible. John (an active member of our Beerwah yoga community) and his band are a three piece who are very passionate and talented. The ukulele always feels light and joyful to me. John also plays the Classical Guitar.You will experience something unique and original.
There will be moments of silence while I set up the poses then the band will play for the duration of the hold. We’ll be in each Asana for 5 to 8 minutes.
I will be the keeper of the space. Watching over you, guiding and assisting you into deeper ease and comfort. Please wear warm clothes and bring a blanket. We do not generate any heat in this yoga class. The body and nervous system become more at ease with weight and heat.
This is a practice to Soften, Unwind and Re-Charge the batteries. 2 hours just for yourself.
