Eclipses tend to Intensify Energy. On a Full Moon there is a lot more light and gravitational pull. We as more conscious beings can use this monthly phenomenal to ‘see’ and then clear old patterns & outdated programing that’s no longer serving us.
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, rejuvinationg style of Yoga. We get really, really comfortable using props like a Bolster and Blocks. Movements are slow and it’s a way to go deep and into a meditative state. Restorative Yoga works on the Parasympathetic Nervous System. That’s the Rest and Digest system and a way to balance a hectic, fast paced expression of life. We can’t access these deeper states of being and process our emotions and lessons effectively when were in survival mode. This form of Yoga and Matts Sounds is very soothing and calming for body , mind and soul.
We (Matt and myself Theresa) are constantly refining this Class. We want it to be a full sensory experience. Shifting this class to night time has allowed us to create ambience through light as well as sound. Matt has been working on new sounds and is adding even more instruments. You will enjoy a wash of dreamy sounds from the Hang Drum, Keyboard, Singing Bowl, Gong which totally enhances the space created through Restorative Yoga.
Allow yourself this moment of Bliss- You absolutely deserve it.
